Shop AI Stack Audit: $49 founding price
In return for the founding price, you agree to give us an honest testimonial after your report arrives, good or bad. You approve the wording first, and any testimonial we publish says you got the founding price.

Intake questions (answer by email)
- What kind of shop are you (welding, fab, misc/structural steel, machine shop, mobile repair) and how many people?
- How do quotes get done today: paper, spreadsheet, or software? Roughly how many quotes a week?
- What software and AI tools do you pay for now, and about what does each cost?
- What's your biggest leak: missed calls, slow quotes, jobs not invoiced, scheduling, or paperwork?
- Anything you've tried and quit?
- Optional: Want to hear when FitUp Quote opens? Answer yes or no. It's opt-in only and doesn't change your report.
Never paste or upload a customer's confidential drawings, prices or job details into any AI tool unless your customer and your shop allow it. Use made-up numbers to try a tool first.
FAQ
Do you need my drawings or customer files?
No. Please don't send customer drawings, prices or anything confidential. We only need how you work today and what you pay for.
What if I don't need any software?
Then we'll say so. Sometimes the right answer for a small shop is a whiteboard and a spreadsheet.
Do you get paid by the tools you recommend?
Some tools run affiliate programs (for example Jobber and Wispr Flow). If we recommend one, the report says so. Payment never changes a ranking or a recommendation.
What's FitUp Quote?
A quoting tool for small fab shops built by ToolTier's founder. It's not ranked on ToolTier. If quoting is your shop's biggest problem, you can opt in to hear when it opens, but you don't have to, and opting in doesn't change your report.
How fast is the report?
Within 3 business days of receiving your answers, with one round of follow-up questions by email.
